Refund & Cancellation Policy

For digital products and services

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Refund After Delivery

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds once the product has been delivered or accessed. All sales are final after you receive the download link.

Duplicate or Accidental Payments

If you were charged multiple times for the same order due to technical errors, we will process a full refund for the duplicate transaction(s).

To request a duplicate payment refund:

  • Contact support within 7 days of the transaction
  • Provide both payment IDs/transaction numbers
  • Include screenshots of payment confirmations

Failed or Non-Delivery

If you completed payment but did not receive access to your product due to technical issues on our end, we will either re-send the access link or process a full refund at your choice.

What to do if delivery fails:

  1. Check your "My Orders" page after 5 minutes
  2. Check your spam/junk email folder
  3. Contact support with your payment ID if still not received

Defective or Non-Working Products

If the product you received is corrupted, incomplete, or doesn't work as described, contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase. We will provide a replacement, fix, or refund based on the situation.

💡 Note: Product issues must be verified by our technical team before a refund is approved.

Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
