Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds once the product has been delivered or accessed. All sales are final after you receive the download link.

If you were charged multiple times for the same order due to technical errors, we will process a full refund for the duplicate transaction(s).
To request a duplicate payment refund:
If you completed payment but did not receive access to your product due to technical issues on our end, we will either re-send the access link or process a full refund at your choice.
What to do if delivery fails:
If the product you received is corrupted, incomplete, or doesn't work as described, contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase. We will provide a replacement, fix, or refund based on the situation.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
